There's now a website, www.propertytycoon.com.au, where punters can guess auction results in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, with no outlay. It's mostly about testing your market knowledge with a small cash prize as a sweetener.

"Under no circumstances are agents allowed to give an indication of value for fear of losing their licence, so at 159a Ommaney Drive Jindalee Place Real Estate are calling for any bid. Comparable sales suggest the property could sell for $1million to $1.7 million."
