Pricey Forrest – with a median house price of $1,722,500 – is ACT's slowest selling suburb, with an average of 138 days on the market before private treaty sale. In second place is Casey, with a median house price of $535,000 and an average of 121 days on the market. Third place is a draw between Campbell and Forde, which both have an average sitting time of 155 days. Campbell's median house price is $893,000 and Forde's median house price is $543,000.
