Commercial leasing: Watch this space

The size of the first Melbourne CBD shop that pizza chain Dominos Express will lease. The group will lease space in the Northbank Place development at 555 Flinders Street. The deal was arranged by CBRE’s Zelman Ainsworth and Max Cookes. Net effective annual rent is estimated at $65,000.

 


 

The gross rent per square metre that business consultants Charter Mason will pay to lease an 83-square-metre office suite at 71 Walker Street in North Sydney from Parker Brown Investment. The deal was arranged by Jay Sheffield from Raine & Horne Commercial, North Sydney.

 


 

The total square metres of office space that platform administrator and managed account specialist Linear Asset Management will lease at Northbank Place at 525 Flinders Street in Melbourne CBD. The lease includes a 350-square-metre balcony and covers the ninth and 10th floors of the building. The net rent is $400 per square metre. The deal was arranged by Savills’ Phillip Cullity and Mark Bolis on behalf of a private investor owner.

 


 

The gross rent that Coreplex Business Consultants will pay per square metre to lease an 81-square-metre office at 1 Kings Cross Road in Darlinghurst from a private investor. The lease term is three years plus a two-year option with the agreement arranged by Michael Vranic from City Commercial Property.

 


 

The size of a North Sydney office that IT support company Remedy One will ease at a gross rent of $400 per square metre. The office is at 25 Berry Street. It is being leased from a private investor for one year with the deal arranged by Laura Hilder from Aspace Estate Agents.
