Commercial leasing: Watch this space

The size of an office building in Spring Hill in Brisbane’s CBD fringe that will be occupied by the Salus Partnership, a consortium of engineering, construction and finance providers. The firm will lease the building located at 70 Bowen Street for two years at gross rental of $360,000, with the tenant introduced by Savills’ Alastair Dunlop.

 


 

The gross rent per square metre that fashion boutique Pour Tous will pay to lease a 71-square-metre retail shop at 39 Elizabeth Bay Road, Elizabeth Bay in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. The lease term is five years plus a five-year option, and the deal was negotiated by Michael Vranic from City Commercial Property.

 


 

The size of a distribution centre that furniture retailer Nick Scali will lease upon completion at Lang Walker’s $400 million industrial park being developed in Adelaide’s North. Nick Scali has signed a pre-lease agreement and will use the site on the corner of Edinburgh and Wyatt roads, Direk to service its four South Australian stores. The warehouse is being built at a cost of $3.5 million and is part of the 100-hectare Vicinity project, the largest industrial project underway in Adelaide.

 


 

The gross rent that Back Pain Solutions will pay to lease a 66-square-metre office at level 11, 300 George Street from 300 George Street Pty Ltd. The lease term is for three years plus a three-year option with the agreement negotiated by Peter Robinson from Knight Frank.

 


 

The size of a shop that Insurance Australia has leased at 153-155 Church Street in Parramatta, west of Sydney. The lease term is five years, and the deal was negotiated by Peter Karam from Ray White Commercial.
