Gilmore tops the ACT's 10 fastest selling suburbs: RP Data

Gilmore - with a median house price of $469,950 - is ACT's fastest selling suburb with an average of 40 days on the market. In second place is Waramanga with a media house price of $530,000 and an average of 41 days on the market. Third place is a draw between Latham and Lyneham which both have an average of 44 days on the market. Lathan has a median house price of $455,000 and Lyneham's median house price is slightly more at $625,000.

Meanwhile, Mike Quigley, boss of the federal government's National Broadband Network, has also sold his Mosman mansion recently at $3,555,000. It represented a loss on the $3.6 million paid in 2007.
