Queensland's top 30 highest rental yield suburbs: From Moranbah to Murgon via Rocklea

RP Data has released the latest suburb rental yields.

Property Observer has compiled a table of Queensland's top 30 rental yield suburbs.

Moranbah tops the list with a rental yield of 12.8%, followed by Blackwater with a yield of 10.5%
