The Wharf Road property cost $17.75 million when the family also bought next door on The Crescent for $7.95 million.
The Vaucluse acquisition totalled over 2,000 square metres by retail entrepreneur Brett Blundy, the founder and owner of BB Retail Capital (including the Diva and Bras N Things chains), and his wife, Vanessa.
Title Tattle is unaware of any purchase by the family, but there is talk the family are off to Singapore.
