Friends star Matthew Perry lists in Malibu

Matthew Perry, best known for his role as henpecked husband Chandler on sitcom Friends, has listed his Malibu house for US$13.5 million. Named The Pier House, it features four bedrooms, five bathrooms, excellent views, a firepit and a swimming pool overlooking the beach.

Perry bought the 10,000-square-metre property through a trust in 2005 for US$6.5 million. It is listed through Partners Trust Real Estate.

Since the conclusion of Friends Perry has been involved with several short-lived projects, including starring in the Aaron Sorkin dramedy Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip and writing, producing and starring in Mr Sunshine, which only lasted on American network ABC for two months earlier this year.
