East coast Australia's top 40 highest rental yield suburbs: From Moranbah to Tregear

Moranbah tops the latest list of 40 localities with the highest rental yields for houses, according to information provided by RP Data.

Queensland localities top the list, with 18 suburbs.

New South Wales is second with 17 high rental yield suburbs.

Victoria comes in third place with five localities.
