Perth unit rents up 31% in past year, but Adelaide landlords secure just 5% rise: Residex state-by-state analysis

The amount by which the median weekly asking rent for units rose in Perth in the past year, according to Residex. The median unit asking rent is $470 per week.


The amount by which the median weekly asking rent for units  rose in regional Queensland in the past year, according to Residex. The median unit asking rent is $390 per week.


The amount by which the median weekly asking rent for units rose in regional NSW in the past year, according to Residex. The median unit asking rent is $345 per week.


The amount by which the median weekly asking rent for units rose in regional WA in the past year, according to Residex. The median unit asking rent is $375 per week.

 


The amount by which the median weekly asking rent for units rose in regional South Australia in the past year, according to Residex. The median unit asking rent is $225 per week.


The amount by which the median weekly asking rent for units rose in Sydney in the past year, according to Residex. The median unit asking rent is $520 per week.
