Scotland Island tops the NSW's 10 slowest-selling suburbs: RP Data

Set on Sydney's Pittwater, Scotland Island – with a median house price of $573,750 – is New South Wales’s slowest selling suburb with an average of 229 days on the market, according to RP Data. Following close behind is Peak Hill, the former mining town near Parkes, with a median price of $64,000 and an average of 228 days on the market. In third place is Jindabyne, at the foot of the Snowy Mountains, with an average of 223 days on the market and a median house price of $339,000.
