Sutherland Shire's little-known Yarrawarra suburb tops the NSW's 10 fastest-selling suburbs: RP Data

Yarrawarra - with a median house price of $655,000 - is NSW's fastest selling suburb with an average of 31 days on the market.
It's a little known suburb in the Sutherland Shire.
The nine sales this year have ranged between $590,000 and $880,000.
In second place is Hillsborough, near Newcastle, with a median house price of $355,000 and an average of 33 days on the market.
Sitting in third place is East Ryde with a median house price $934,000 and an average of 35 days on the market.
