The comedian Julian Morrow, who has been on television screens recently in The Hamster Wheel on ABC1 and The Unbelievable Truth on Channel Seven, and his wife, Lisa Pryor, the former SMH property journalist now studying medicine at the University of Sydney, have secured $760,000 for their Camperdown apartment. It had been listed through McGrath agents Peter Shield and Sarah Tanner priced at $775,000. The two-bedroom two-bathroom second-floor Aquilon complex apartment cost $540,000 in 2005. During that time, its value has changed at an annual rate of 4.9%. The 131-square-metre Camperdown apartment with covered balcony first traded at $520,000 in 2001 when sold by the developers Sterling Estates. With two small children, the couple are reportedly looking to upsize. |
