Lumiere luxury a rarity in Sydney CBD office strata offerings

Frasers Property Australia has released 1,500 square metres of prime office space within its highly awarded Lumiere property at 101 Bathurst Street, Sydney.

Bluehold Property Agents (formerly PDBA), which is based on-site, has been appointed to sell the strata lots.

They range between 20 square metres and 125 square metres, with prices starting from $175,000 plus GST.

Bluehold expects to sell to professional services consultancies and quite possibly existing occupants of Lumiere’s high-rise residential apartments.

It’s a rarity for strata office spaces to be for sale within a premium-grade building in Sydney’s CBD, Bluehold’s Ben Symond says.

The commercial owners will enjoy access to Club Lumiere’s resort facilities and 24-hour concierge.

Its facilities include cinemas, a 50-metre indoor/outdoor pool, steam and sauna rooms.

Lumiere Commercial comprises one complete, secure level of the iconic tower on the 12th floor above Bathurst Street.

All the Lumiere Commercial suites larger than 100 square metres include a parking space with an estimated value of $100,000.

Headed up by brothers Jay, Luke and Ben Symond, Bluehold Property Agents was launched in 2010 under the name Property Development Brokers Australia (PDBA).

The Symond family has been established in the Australian property development and finance industry for over three decades.

The building complex designed by UK-based Foster + Partners includes Lumiere Residences, a multi-level retail centre, Fraser Suites Sydney apartment hotel and Lumiere Commercial.

Regent Place won the mixed use development category of the Property Council of Australia’s awards for innovation and excellence in 2009.

Frasers has recently sold two suites achieving a high of $8,800 per square metre for a 32-square-metre suite.

The stylish internal fitout of Lumiere Commercial is underway, with occupancy anticipated from November.
