Describe the most interesting property you have sold – Brucella, it was a vacant commercial building previously occupied by the Therapeutic Goods Administration which was used for testing pharmaceuticals

What are the ingredients to being successful in your job? – Persistence, effective communication, technical expertise and knowledge of local market

What aspects of your role do you enjoy the most? – Satisfaction from brokering a deal between a seller and a buyer

Where would invest a spare $750,000? – In the soon to be developed IQ apartment complex in Canberra City
