Mark McIvor’s Gold Coast Palm Beach vacant block listed by receivers: Title Tattle

Another of Mark McIvor’s prestige Gold Coast property holdings has been listed under receiver’s instructions.

It’s a 597-square-metre Palm Beach vacant block.

It’s been listed by Ray White Palm Beach agents Jason Taylor and Danny Fritz for June 2 auction.

“Receivers have been appointed to this prime beachfront property with instructions to sell,” their marketing says.

It comes with 10-metre beach frontage between Fourth and Palm Beach avenues.

It last traded in 1991 at $575,000, seemingly as part of a larger lot at the time.

It unsuccessfully went to auction last August through Ray White Mermaid Beach agent Troy Dowker.
