Canberra's residential listings up 30% in past year, plus state-by-state analysis: RP Data

The number of residential properties on the market in Queensland the week ending August 5, according to RP Data. Of these, 10,737 were listed in the last month. There were 84,127 total listings in the same week last year.


The number of residential properties on the market in NSW the week ending August 5, according to RP Data. Of these, 11,543 were listed in the last month. There were 67,184 total listings in the same week last year.

 


The number of residential properties on the market in Victoria the week ending August 5, according to RP Data. Of these, 10,056 were listed in the last month. There were 50,233 total listings in the same week last year.

 


The number of residential properties on the market in Western Australia the week ending August 5, according to RP Data. Of these, 4,637 were listed in the last month. There were 4,637 total listings in the same week last year.

 


The number of residential properties on the market in South Australia the week ending August 5, according to RP Data. Of these, 2,580 were listed in the last month. There were 17,035 total listings in the same week last year.

 

The number of residential properties on the market in Tasmania the week ending August 5, according to RP Data. Of these, 1,012 were listed in the last month. There were 9,451 total listings in the same week last year.


The number of residential properties on the market in ACT the week ending August 5, according to RP Data. Of these, 515 were listed in the last month. There were 1,615 total listings in the same week last year.

 


 

The number of residential properties on the market in Northern Territory the week ending August 5, according to RP Data. Of these, 354 were listed in the last month. There were 1,963 total listings in the same week last year.
