Property sales pace quickens in Sydney and Melbourne as days on market reduces: APM heat chart

Both the Sydney and Melbourne markets recorded a quickening of sales pace during October, according to the latest Australian Property Monitors heat chart. Sydney still sits in second place, with Canberra retaining the mantle of the quickest-selling market, but the gap has narrowed. Perth and Darwin were the capital cities where days on market extended in length, according to APM research analyst Clinton McNabb.
