Tip of the week: 52 enlightening property investment gems

When taking photos of your home for sale, be sure they are from the best angle and in the best light.

Tell the professional photographer from the estate agency when is the best time/times to attend to show the property at its best.

If you can, take your own photos during the summer, or at any time of year when the garden looks terrific. These can always be added to the marketing material whenever you list throughout the year.
