With families having more possessions than ever before, four-bedroom homes allow for a spare room to be used in many ways. Three-bedroom, one-bathroom homes are becoming rarer and take longer to sell than a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home. |

Now, all signs point south for this market. A year ago vacancies were near zero but today they’re approaching 5%. Price growth has stopped and, according to Australian Property Monitors’ price graph, has started to dip below the red line.
