Lenah Valley tops Tasmania's 10 fastest-selling suburbs

Situated in the foothills of Mount Wellington, Lenah Valley – with a median house price of $367,500 – is Tasmania’s quickest selling suburb with an average of 43 days on the market.

 Lying on the ride of Knocklofty, Mount Stuart is second on the list with an average of 46 days on the market and a median house price of $403,750.

Home to the Cascades Female Factory historic site, South Hobart is in third place with an average of 53 days on the market and a median house price of $390,300.
