JR Property Development Pty Ltd is led by Jimmy Chen, who specialises in residential projects in exclusive and up and coming suburbs around Sydney.

The company began in 2008 and includes property investigation and planning requirements, council dealings and property concepts to full architectural design and construction and building management in their services.

JR Property Development is currently managing a seven-level mid-rise at 437-443 Wattle Street in Ultimo. This project includes 70 apartments for residential use and has been designed by A Plus Design Group (Architects + Partners).
