The 1 Kiddell Place property is on a long-term 15 year lease to Petit Early Learning with two possible five-year extensions to 2040.

Petit Early Learning is owned by Australia Childcare Projects and is an experienced childcare provider with 15 centres across Australia. 

The 696 sqm modern facility is licensed for 84 places and comes with annual rent increases of 3.5 percent, with the tenant paying all outgoings.

The net income from the property was $202,343 pa. 

The location is close to shops, medical facilities and even a service station.
