Eastern suburb house rentals are Sydney's strongest rental market, in the most recent March quarter and historically, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

And they'd have to be to keep up for the land tax bills.

Sydney's northern beaches has the next strongest quarterly rental growth with its summer surge.
