Blue River Capital boss Grant Fuzi secures snappy Point Piper sale

The Point Piper residence of Blue River Capital’s co-chief executive Grant Fuzi and his wife Naomi has been snappily sold.
D’Leanne Lewis, of Laing+Simmons Double Bay, was asking $13 million ahead of its scheduled March 18 auction.
The Alex Tzannes-designed home was built more than a decade ago.
The Wolseley Road property traded at $2.7 million in 2001.
The six-bedroom residence is set on an almost 900 square metres.
Fuzi co-founded the impact investment services firm Blue River Capital with Macquarie’s former global group treasurer Craig Shapiro.
