Construction will soon commence at Double Bay's record-setting residential development, Ode.

Top Spring Australia has appointed Ceerose to deliver the $250 million revival of the rare corner site at 19-27 Cross Street, with the construction milestone coinciding with the sale of a three-bedroom sub-penthouse for $15.99 million - tipping the total value of sales to more than $105 million.

Ode has eclipsed previous pricing records in the inner-east suburb, with the penthouses selling off the plan for $24.95 million and $21.49 million, and another sub-penthouse for $17.49 million.

Top Spring Australia Development Director, Jeff Curnow, said the project's vision to set new benchmarks in luxury living was coming to life with Ceerose.

“There are limited opportunities remaining at Ode, including three-bedroom apartments from $9.65 million and four-bedroom residences from $11.99 million," Curnow says.

“Our display gallery is open by appointment and is the perfect way to experience Ode’s opulence, including Rosselli's signature statement fireplace design, as well as timber or travertine floors, stone benchtops, and lustrous cabinetry."

The six-storey development features an innovative curved façade, a ground floor plaza and a private arched lobby with a full-time concierge, designed by celebrated architect Luigi Rosselli, who blends modern European refinement with superlative art and design.

Ode comprises 15 three and four-bedroom light-filled apartments spanning from 219 sqm to 311 sqm of internal space, with buyers able to personalise their interior schemes, created by Alwill Interiors, with neutral palettes punctuated by brass, wood and natural stone.

“We are delighted to appoint Ceerose to deliver Ode after working together on our near-complete Munro House residences in Elizabeth Bay, and we are confident that Ceerose will once again deliver their extraordinary craftsmanship,” Curnow added.

“Ode has been in planning for years and represents a once-in-a-generation opportunity to enjoy a truly remarkable eastern suburbs lifestyle.

“Every detail of Ode is thoughtfully curated to provide the ultimate in elegant harbour-side living, from the unparalleled interiors and world-class architecture to the unrivalled location.”

Ceerose Founder and Director Edward Doueihi said Ode would be delivered by a dedicated team of prestige project specialists.

“Ode will be a fantastic addition to Double Bay and an exciting project for our team who have delivered some of the city’s most prestigious landmarks, including Eliza on Elizabeth Street, Harbour Mill in Pyrmont and Aqualuna in Milsons Point,” Doueihi said.

“We are committed to creating an outstanding development to meet the high expectations of Top Spring Australia and its future residents.’’

Local businesses and the community will be kept informed during Ode’s two-year construction program, with up to 500 jobs created, and completion expected in the third quarter of 2025.

Top Spring Australia has also announced the commencement of construction at their $500 million master planned community, The Newlands, in St Leonards at Sydney’s Lower North Shore.
