Development in Noosa, one of the most popular coastal enclaves in the country, has become almost impossible given the property boom the suburb has seen over the last five years.

Even Noosaville, the neighbouring suburb of waterways next to Noosa, has seen land values shoot up, particularly since the onset of the pandemic.

Fund manager and developer Capital Prudential has found a sweet spot in Noosaville, just two kilometres from Noosaville's Gympie Terrace activity centre and six kilometres to the popular Hastings Street on the beachfront.

They've recently launched JURA Noosa, a collection of just 38 townhomes designed by Blackwood Architecture, offering one of just a handful of new developments the area has seen in recent years and is likely to see going forward.

The townhomes are tucked away on Headland Drive. The unusually shaped 6322 sqm site, an amalgamation of four adjoining properties, allows for the townhouses to be set back from the street, providing both privacy and security, as well as convenient access to the street which runs up to the riverfront Hilton and Gympie Terrace.

JURA is strategically located within walking distance of various cafes, coffee shops, and restaurants.

Gympie Terrace, lined with restaurants and cafes overlooking the river, and Thomas Street and Weyba Road overlooking Lake Weyba offer the closest dining options like the Noosa Boathouse, Amo Gelato Caffe, and 250 Grammi Food & Wine Bar.

Gympie Terrace also features an eclectic mix of fashion outlets, bookshops, surf gear stores, spas, beauty salons, wellness studios, homeware shops and gift stores.

The Noosaville Industrial Estate showcases showrooms with locally-made designer clothes, shoes, skincare products, homewares, hipster haircuts, furniture, recycled treasures and craft breweries.

Noosa Civic is also in the Noosaville locale, just five minutes from JURA. That's the focal point of the wider Noosa region, with major stores like Woolworths and Big W, and a further 8,000 sqm of specialty retail stores.

Staying in Noosaville is the nearby Noosa Springs Golf & Spa Resort, one of the most popular courses in the area.

Hastings Street, less than a 10-minute drive, of course homes Noosa finest retail and hospitality.

Some of the highest-rated restaurants on Hastings Street include Knock Knock Noosa, Oakberry Acai, Season Restaurant & Bar, and Betty's Burgers.

Hastings is easily accessible both by car and ferry. The Noosa Ferry conveniently stops at various points in the Noosaville area on its journey between Hastings Street and Noosa Marina, the latter being four minutes from JURA..

In addition to its central location, JURA residents can enjoy various outdoor activities, including exploring the 3,000-hectare National Park around Lake Weyba, going north to enjoy the white sands of Noosa Heads Main Beach or further south to hike at Emu Mountain or swimming and surfing at Peregian Beach and Coolum Beach.

The Noosa River's two-kilometre grassy foreshore with scenic water views and shaded trees provides an ideal setting for those who prefer relaxing family and pet-friendly picnics instead. A diverse range of watercraft can be quickly hired along the Noosa River.

Excellent connectivity is also a highlight for JURA, which is located 15 minutes from the Bruce Highway and only a 30-minute drive to the Sunshine Coast Airport.

Young families will also appreciate JURA's proximity to several private and public primary and secondary schools. Good Shepherd Lutheran College, Noosaville State School, and St Teresa's Catholic College are all within two kilometres from the property.

The Noosaville Library and Noosa Community Gardens are just a 10-minute walk away, while the Noosa Hospital is just a three-minute drive from JURA.

JURA comprises 38 two-bedroom single-level residences and dual-level townhomes. The properties feature light-filled, open-plan living spaces seamlessly connected to spacious balconies and terrace courtyards, ideal for entertaining in Queensland's subtropical climate.
