DM Property's Sandringham townhouse development Early has had a bull run of sales over the summer period, with many prospective buyers in the off the plan market ready to transact.

Blair Property's Darren Blair says that ith positive news about inflation and other factors, there are those that previously enquired feeling more confident about their home purchase.

He says the biggest positive is the new buyers who are coming in and reserving a townhouse almost immediately.

"This is testament to the hard work the DM Property team have done by completing civil works ahead of schedule, Blair says.

"When people see progress on site and forward momentum which there is at Early-3191 it goes a long way for everyone interested in the project."

Blair says Early is a project which fits the bill for a number of prospective buyers.

"Ultimately, people are always looking for quality properties in blue chip suburbs like Sandringham - Early-3191 ticks those boxes."

Construction at Early is well underway and prospective buyers only have a few more weeks to customise their home, which could include a private lift.

Situated at 3-11 George Street, Early 3191 is located within Sandringham's coveted blue-chip postcode.

The community is subdivided into four rows, George, Ambar, Park and Bay.

George comprises two-level, four-bedroom townhomes, while Ambar has three bedrooms over three levels. Park townhouses are surrounded and contoured by greenery, and the recently launched Bay collection, just four three-bedroom townhouses priced from $1,099,000.

Each townhouse offers three or four-bedroom floor plans which suit the young or established family, or the downsizer with extended family in the local area.

Designed by Rothelowman, Early 3191 was inspired by the coastal surroundings and nearby heathlands, resulting in a harmonious blend of materials and colours that reflect the area's natural beauty.

Interior spaces have been expertly curated by the award-winning designer Adele Bates, ensuring a seamless and elegant transition from exterior to interior.

A sophisticated palette of warm timbers and textural natural stone, coupled with refined detailing, creates an ambience of lightness and sanctuary within each home.

The thoughtful design of Early 3191 prioritises the infusion of natural light, achieved through warm timber elements, large windows, and open living spaces that connect the indoors with the outdoors.

The three-bedroom townhouses, complete with two bathrooms and two car spaces, were designed to cater to families and individuals seeking a balance of space and practicality.

Meanwhile, the four-bedroom residences boast three bathrooms alongside two car spaces, offering greater luxury and comfort.

Townhome specialist builder Saw Construction has already commenced construction on the Sandringham development with an eye on achieving a spring-2024 completion date.
