The Iris Residential project, Shenton Quarter, sets out to create a new urban village in one of Perth’s most sought after suburbs.

The local property developers had one vision for the development, in which to change the way people live.

With the contemporary village set to arrive to Shenton Park, Iris says the project will provide both the residents and the wider community with an area that has its own atmosphere and sense of place, along with establishing a place for social interaction, with ample public and green space.

Providing the ultimate in 21st century convenience, a new shared pedestrian and car laneway will be lined with cafes and alfresco fining, with the ground floor of Shenton Quarter to home a new Coles supermarket, along with a range of specialist boutiques, medical facilities and commercial tenancies.

A buyers lifestyle will be shaped by the exclusive resort-style amenity provided across Shenton Quarter, including landscaped gardens, vegetable and herb gardens, a fruit orchard, 20-metre heated swimming pool, a lounge and dining area, a barbecue deck, children’s play equipment, as well as a fully equipped gym.

Looking to appeal to a wide buyer type, Iris have curated a collection of one-bedroom lofts, along with a selection of one, two and three bedroom apartments.

The light-filled and open residences benefit from a calming palette, as well as experiencing an impressive outlook to the city, which is maximised with floor-to-ceiling glass windows in the living areas.

Over 70 per cent of the residence have already sold in Shenton Quarter, including all of the one-bedroom apartments, as well as all but one of the one-bedroom lofts, which were designed by renowned local architects, Cameron Chisholm Nicol.

The two-bedders in Shenton Quarter start from $590,000.

Each features high ceilings, with 100 per cent wool carpets in the bedrooms, and engineered timber floorboards throughout the living spaces.

Stone benchtops grace the countertops, with a suite of Smeg appliances and a built in pantry, drawers and bin rounding out the kitchen space.

The three-bedroom apartments come in from $925,000, with two-bathrooms and two car spaces, with the premium offering aimed toward the family-occupier or downsizer looking for apartment living with a little added space.
