Property Observer will use personal information provided to it only for the purpose for which it was provided. Personal information will not be used for any other purpose without the consent of its provider unless Property Observer is required by law to disclose that information. If there is a change of ownership control or sale of business assets of the Property Observer business, we reserve the right to transfer the user database (within the limits of the law) with personal and non-personal information contained in those databases.
