The Melbourne IT Group chairman Gail Pemberton has sold Anjele, her 1880s weatherboard cottage at Burrawang.
Wrapped in decking on 1,230 sqm, the three bedroom, two bathroom Hoddle Street home fetched $1.3 million.
It came with a price guide of $1.4 million.
Pemberton has renovated and extended the Burrawang home since paying $830,000 in 2010.
There's an artist studio above the garage.
Prices in Burrawang have ranged from $320,000 for a vacant lot to $2.6 million this year.
Pemberton, who was previously the chairperson of the property website, Onthehouse Holdings, is a director at Paypal.

Abercromby's agent Jock Langley is marketing Storm Point Cottage, with recording breaking hopes in the mid $2 millions to $3 million. 
The most recent highest sale was late last year when a four bedroom, Mount Gambier-stone architecturally designed home at 285 Great Ocean Road sold for $1.55 million on its 10,000 square metre block.
It fell just short of the 2015 record set by a four bedroom Mitchell Street home in native gardens on its 1,500 sqm block that sold for $1.65 million.
Seahouse on Panorama Crescent, another Peter McIntyre designed home, sits as the town's fourth highest price when it sold for $1.45 million in 2013.
It has Otway oceanfront on its compact 800 square metre parcel.

Cape Otway cottage listed with record price hopes

Actress Joy Smithers, most known as a presenter in the early days of MTV in the 1980s, has listed her Botany home with $1 million hopes.
The <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-nsw-botany-126683818" target="_blank">three bedroom cottage</a> sits in gardens designed by her partner, former INXS manager Gary Grant.
It was bought in 2013 for $752,000.
There is a November 11 auction through George Faris at The Sydney Property Agency.
